FERRARI FACTORY AND MUSEUM TOUR
Italian Factory Motor Tour organizes the Ferrari Factory Tour and the Ferrari Museum Tour and offers you the chance to visit the Museum and the Factory of the most famous "red myth" of Maranello. The Museum is open to all visitors while only Ferrari owners are allowed to visit the Factory through its Official Ferrari Dealer.
FERRARI FACTORY AND MUSEUM
The FERRARI MUSEUM (previously known as Galleria Ferrari) is a Ferrari Company Museum dedicated to the Ferrari Sports car marque. The museum is not purely for cars: also on view are trophies, photographs and other historical objects relating to the Italian motor racing industry. It is located just 300 metres from the FERRARI FACTORY in Ferrari's home town of Maranello, near Modena, Italy. The museum first opened in February 1990 with a new wing being added in October 2004: the total surface area is now 2,500 square metres. The Museum receives over 200,000 visitors from around the world every year. The exhibition changes constantly, with diverse offerings that satisfy both car racing fans and vintage car aficionados alike. Among the most attractive display rooms is that boasting approximately 40 prestigious models on rotation, deriving from museums and private collectors; the models show off the evolution of Ferrari style and design. Then, a hall dedicated to Formula One and Cavallino, the Victory Hall, celebrates the victories of the Scuderia, displaying World Championship cars from 1999 to 2008, 110 trophies, and the original helmets from nine World Champion Drivers: think Villeneuve, Berger, Mansell and Prost. Also visible are numerous other items belonging to the drivers, including gloves, suits and shoes. Also a big draw is an authentic reconstruction of the Ferrari Formula One Pit, containing the disassembled parts of the latest model, a control center and radio telemetry unit: a must for those who want to live this rare experience.
